Shiraz viognier bandwagon rolls on!

Wolf Blass has a 2002 Shiraz Viognier which is available for $22 a bottle at The Australian Wine Centre It is described by the wine centre as soft crimson red in the glass with soft purple hues. This wine has intensely lifted aromas of pepper, blackberry and cassis. These scents develop on the palate with boysenberry, white pepper and ripe black fruits interwoven with cassis, violets and exotic spices. This medium bodied wine has a velvety texture, fine balanced tannins and beautiful length. To back up these claims the wine has four trophies as well as four gold medals from major shows.
