{Advertisement} Brown Brothers Barbera 2001

Booths Wines in the UK have a special on Brown Brothers Barbera 2001 for under Sixty quid a dozen. I tried a bottle of this nectar myself a couple of nights ago. James Halliday gives this wine 84 points, but I think it may be a bit better than that. Anyway it is well worth a try at this price, just don't expect a shiraz style blast, but rather an indication of what might become of the Italian varieties in NE Victoria.
